Monday

Caribbean Plantain and Vegetable Salad: $60

Sautéed plantains with Caribbean spices, Roasted peppers and zucchini.
Served over a bed of quinoa. Topped with diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Served with a mango dressing and Grilled Chicken, Fish or Crab Cakes optional.

Lunch $65

Greek Chicken and Orzo Skillet with peppers, tomatoes, green and black olives and toped with creamy parmesan and parsley

 

Tuesday

Thai inspired Quinoa and Veggie Bowl $60:

Quinoa mixed with Sautéed bell peppers,  cashews and green peas and Stir-fried tofu or shrimp, and topped with zucchini, cucumbers and carrot curls. Garnished with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro. And served with a Thai inspired peanut sauce,

Lunch:  $65

Egg Fried Rice And Singapore Noodles topped with garlic and ginger sautéed vegetables and served with Charsiu Roasted Pork Tenderloin or SeeOu Chicken or Tofu.

Wednesday

Mediterranean Couscous and Beet Bowl: $60

Cooked couscous mixed with diced roasted beets, Marinated chickpeas, and purple sweet potatoes. Grilled zucchini and carrots. Topped with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and shredded parmesan cheese. Drizzled with a creamy roasted aubergine dressing. Served with Mixed greens and Grilled Chicken, Fish or Crab Cakes 

Lunch: $65

Taco pasta with bell peppers, beans, tomatoes, sautéed onions and topped with cheese. Served with Cajun chicken or fish or crumbled beef and shredded greens

 

Thursday

Miso glazed Tofu and Veggie Bowl: $60

Miso glazed tofu and Cauliflower cubes with shredded carrots, Sautéed peppers and zucchini,
Served over a bed of quinoa tossed with cashews, Topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Tossed With A Lemon Vinaigrette and served With Grilled Chicken or Fish 

Lunch: $65

Garlic Roasted Chicken, Or Fish, Twice baked stuffed, Pimento Rice, Coconut Calaloo, Leafy green salad

Friday

Salad: $60

Farmers Market Salad With Farm Fresh Vegetables Plantains, Beets, Sweet Potato, Corn And Beans Liberally Dressed With Herbs From Our Own Garden, And Served With Grilled  Chicken, Stuffed Crab Or Fresh Grilled Fish On A Bed Of Mixed Greens

Lunch: $65

Brazilian Salted Cod with Coconut Milk, known as Bacalhau com Leite de Coco in Portuguese, featuring salted cod cooked in a creamy coconut milk sauce with  peppers, and tomatoes, and spices. Served with provisions and dumplings
